New Patients

We are accepting some new patients. Please download and send the initial appointment request form below to help us determine whether we are a good fit for your needs. If we believe you are better served elsewhere, we will try to provide other referrals (depending on our volume of requests). Sometimes we have a waiting list for new patient appointments. Please stay in touch as appointment slots sometimes open up on short notice.

New Patient Forms

Most visits are currently being conducted by phone or Zoom. Let us know if you have a special request.

All scheduling: Call Sara at (303) 975-6142 or sara@janetsettle.flywheelsites.com. She returns calls from 9A-4P daily. Sara handles refill requests, new patient inquiries, all scheduling, updating insurance and credit card info. She routes clinical questions to Dr. Settle.

Urgent matters during business hours: The fastest way to get a message to Dr. Settle is through Sara at (303) 975-6142. Sara can typically give you a same or next-day 15-minute phone appointment.

Urgent matters outside of business hours: Call 303-861-7048 for instructions on how to reach Dr. Settle or the on-call doctor.

Billing: Email billing@janetsettle.flywheelsites.com for any inquiries.

Refills: Stimulant refills require a visit every 3 months. There is a $25 charge for stimulant refills written outside of scheduled visits. All other refills require a visit every 6 months. If you have not been seen, you will receive a call from Sara asking you to schedule.
